COPPER FOX COGNAC BARREL FINISH RYE

This special, single barrel limited edition rye is our original rye whisky, aged with a progressive series of hand toasted, select seasoned, new and used applewood and oak chips inside a used bourbon barrel, transferred to a second used bourbon barrel and then finished for an additional 4 years in a cognac barrel.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Crisp copper color
Nose: Hints of grape must, dried cherries and baking spices
Palate: Engulfs the mouth with a sweet spiciness that was married in the cognac barrel.
Finish: Intense flavors of dried fruits and sweet bread compliment a crème brûlée esque finish.
